About the Artist
I’ve been creating for as long as I can remember.
As a teenager, I dreamed of a creative life in fashion. In fact, my middle school yearbook listed “fashion designer” beneath my portrait. I went on to study fashion design in college before life led me in other directions. Although I stepped away from that path, I never stepped away from art.
Over the years I continued to study and create, taking classes in drawing, watercolor, painting, color theory, graphic design, and composition. Looking back, I can see that every one of those experiences was shaping the artist I would become.
For nearly two decades, I created one-of-a-kind statement jewelry from vintage treasures. My work was worn by brides, featured in editorial photo shoots, and collected by women who were drawn to pieces that felt expressive, romantic, and unlike anything else.
Then life shifted, and so did I.
As I approached my fifties, I found myself on an unexpected journey of personal transformation. What began as a commitment to my health became something much deeper. It renewed my confidence, rekindled my creativity, and led me back to a dream I had carried with me since I was a teenager.
Today, I create one-of-a-kind wearable art from vintage treasures, drawing on a lifetime of artistic exploration, curiosity, and imagination. Each necklace begins with a single object that captures my imagination—a serpent, a swan, a ship, a flower, a horse. From there, the story begins to reveal itself. I build every composition by hand, thoughtfully layering color, movement, symbolism, and vintage elements until the piece feels complete.
In many ways, this chapter feels like coming full circle. A dream I once believed had been left behind quietly found its way back into my life when I least expected it. Looking back, I can see that the timing simply wasn’t right back then. The years in between gave me the experience, perspective, and confidence I needed to return to it with fresh eyes and a deeper artistic voice. I’m grateful for the journey that brought me here and excited to see where it leads next.
My hope is that these pieces resonate with women who understand that beauty is not about age, perfection, or trends. It is about confidence, individuality, self-expression, and embracing who we are becoming.
Thank you for being here and for sharing this journey with me.
