Editorial & Stylist Loans
Selected Raquel Castillo pieces may be available for editorial, celebrity, bridal, wardrobe, and press pulls.
Because each piece is one of a kind, availability is limited and all requests are considered individually. Loan approval is required before any piece is released.
Loan Requests
Please include the following when inquiring:
Publication, production, or project name
Stylist or contact name
Talent, if applicable
Photographer
Shoot date
Intended use
Requested pieces
Shipping destination
Return date
Whenever possible, please allow sufficient lead time for availability to be confirmed and arrangements to be made.
Approved loans are subject to a separate signed loan agreement outlining the specific pieces, values, loan period, shipping terms, and responsibility for loss or damage.
Shipping & Responsibility
Approved loans must be shipped with full-value insurance and tracking both ways.
The borrower is responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All pieces must be handled with care and returned by the agreed-upon date in the same condition in which they were received.
Pieces may not be altered, repaired, cleaned, resized, disassembled, or modified in any way without prior written permission.
The borrower is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs while the piece is on loan.
